Reminds you first

A reminder in time, not a fine.

You choose how many days ahead. Zeif gathers everything that is about to expire, from all your things, in one place.

  • "Expiring soon" on the home screen, sorted by urgency.
  • By mileage too: "300 km left until your oil change".
  • Renewed it: upload the new document and the reminder stops.

For the whole family

What you share shows up in their app, just as you see it.

With the Home plan, you share a pet, a car or a document with the people you live with. It appears in their app, with the same details and the same reminders.

  • Whoever takes the dog to the vet has the vaccination card up to date.
  • Updates itself: add a vaccine and everyone sees it.
  • End-to-end encrypted: not even we can open what you share.

Privacy

Your papers are yours. Literally.

Zeif is built the other way around from most apps: your phone first, and the cloud only encrypted.

Files are encrypted with a key generated on your device.

Change or lose your phone and get everything back. The server only stores data it cannot read.
